We are looking for an experienced .NET Support Engineer with robust technical expertise in .NET technologies, SQL queries, and L1/L2 production support. The candidate should have experience troubleshooting production issues, resolving application defects, and ensuring smooth application operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 application support for .NET-based applications.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Analyze application logs, errors, and exceptions to identify root causes.
- Write, execute, and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Perform debugging and basic code-level analysis of .NET applications.
- Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests.
- Coordinate with development, database, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for recurring production issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain proper support documentation.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong experience in .NET / .NET Framework.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in L1 and L2 application support.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience handling production incidents.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Relevant production support experience.
- Experience working in an enterprise application support environment.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience working with monitoring and ticketing tools.
