As a Team Manager Benefits, you will lead a high-performing benefits team in Bengaluru, guiding the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and senior leadership to align benefits strategy with organizational goals, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings. Your role will involve overseeing the end‑to‑end administration of advantages, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing data to continuously improve program effectiveness. You will champion a culture of transparency and employee engagement, creating clear communication channels and providing insightful reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the annual benefits strategy in alignment with company objectives.

• Oversee the administration of all employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with benefits vendors, ensuring value and compliance.

• Monitor regulatory changes related to employee benefits and implement necessary adjustments.

• Analyze benefit utilization data to identify trends and recommend improvements.





• Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on benefit-related inquiries and issues.

• Lead the design and delivery of benefit communications to maximize employee awareness and participation.

• Manage the benefits budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service quality.

• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive benefit offerings.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in benefit administration and strategy.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale benefits programs in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management expertise.

• In-depth knowledge of Indian benefits regulations and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex benefits concepts to diverse audiences.
