- Experience in restricted substances management and material or product compliance
- Good communication and supplier coordination skills
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

- Knowledge of other regulations such as China RoHS, TSCA, POPs, and Proposition 65
- Experience with compliance tools or software (e.g., SAP EHS, Assent, or similar)
- Background in electronics, automotive, or manufacturing industries
