Job Description:

- Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

- Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, agitators, centrifuges, dryers, compressors and other process equipment.

- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and ensure minimum production downtime.

- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment history records.

- Coordinate with the production department for routine maintenance and shutdown activities.

- Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring problems and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure proper maintenance of utility equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers and air compressors.

- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for maintenance materials.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMP requirements and plant maintenance standards.

- Maintain maintenance documentation, work orders and breakdown reports.
