Summary
We are looking for a Senior Service Now Sec Ops QA Consultant to ensure the quality of Service Now Security Operations implementations. You will plan and run functional, integration and regression testing across Sec Ops modules and integrations, and build test automation using the Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).

⚠️ Must Have: Hands-on QA/testing experience on Service Now, including Sec Ops modules (SIR and/or VR). Onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities

- Create test strategies, test plans and test cases for Service Now Sec Ops implementations.
- Run functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across SIR, VR and related modules.
- Test integrations between Service Now and security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, EDR), including data flows and automated actions.
- Build and maintain automated tests using the Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Validate security workflows, playbooks, SLAs, assignment rules, notifications and access controls (roles, ACLs).
- Log, track and manage defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Perform regression testing for Service Now upgrades, patches and releases.
- Support UAT with business and security teams and prepare test reports.




- Ensure test coverage of requirements and maintain testing documentation.
- Improve QA processes and best practices across the project.

Requirements

- 6+ years of QA/testing experience, including significant experience testing Service Now.
- Must: Hands-on testing experience on Service Now Sec Ops modules (SIR and/or VR).
- Strong experience with the Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience testing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), ideally with security tools.
- Valuable understanding of security operations processes: incident response and vulnerability management.
- Experience with test and defect management tools (Jira, Service Now Test Management, Azure Dev Ops).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

- Service Now certifications: CSA, CIS – Security Incident Response, CIS – Vulnerability Response.
- Testing certifications (ISTQB Foundation or Advanced).
- Experience with other automation tools (Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, Postman).
- Experience in banking, government or other regulated sectors in the UAE/GCC.
