As a Commerce Solution Architect, IBM Web Sphere Commerce Architect, HCL Commerce Technical Architect, you will design and implement end‑to‑end e‑commerce solutions for enterprise clients, leveraging deep expertise in HCL Commerce and IBM Web Sphere Commerce platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration with third‑party services while adhering to industry best practices. • Define and enforce coding standards, configuration management, and deployment procedures.





• Mentor development and QA teams on best practices for custom development and performance tuning.

• Strong understanding of SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and Dev Ops pipelines.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior architects.

• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and performance optimization techniques.
