Summary
This position centers on providing comprehensive solution ownership and delivering high-quality results to stakeholders within the Workday Prism ecosystem. The primary objective is to architect and deploy robust analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring that complex business needs are met through scalable and secure technical implementations.
Location: Pan India

Responsibilities

- Architect and deploy comprehensive end-to-end Prism Analytics solutions tailored to organizational needs.

- Facilitate the seamless integration of data from both Workday and external non-Workday sources to enable advanced analytical capabilities.

- Convert detailed business requirements into effective, scalable analytics designs that support long-term growth.





- Uphold strict adherence to data security protocols, privacy regulations, and governance frameworks.

- Empower users through self-service reporting tools and provide mentorship to junior team members (P2 resources).

Requirements

- Possess deep expertise in configuring Workday Prism calculated fields and developing composite reports.

- Demonstrate practical experience addressing analytics challenges within HR, Finance, or Talent domains.

- Exhibit the capability to independently oversee reporting enhancements and manage the release lifecycle.

Skills

- Proficiency in Workday Prism is a mandatory requirement for this role.
