• Design analog and mixed‑signal circuits, ensuring optimal performance and noise immunity.
• Develop detailed PCB layouts, conduct design rule checks, and manage layer stack‑ups for high‑frequency signals.
• Integrate antennas and RF front‑ends, performing impedance matching and radiation pattern optimization.
• Lead EMC testing and analysis, creating mitigation strategies for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Coordinate CE testing procedures, prepare necessary documentation,
and liaise with certification bodies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to finalize BOMs and ensure design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Perform PCB fabrication and assembly reviews, including pick‑and‑place and reflow soldering quality checks.
• Conduct prototype validation, debugging, and a‑priori risk assessments.
• Update design data and architecture diagrams in collaboration with firmware and software teams.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain a knowledge base of best practices and design guidelines.
