Freelancing - Oracle EBS HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Shift Timing: Night Shift (Till 5:00 AM)

Role Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, Core HR, and Oracle technical development.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM Payroll solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle EBS Payroll solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Payroll and Core HR modules.
- Develop and support customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflows, and Interfaces.
- Design and support payroll integrations using Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces.




- Develop and maintain Quick Formulas, Elements, Balances, and Payroll processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support testing, deployment, and user training activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Payroll and Core HR.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formula, Payroll Elements, Balances, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Integrations.
- Expertise in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, APIs, and Open Interfaces.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
