Role: Windows Administrator – Unified Communications Applications

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Windows application servers and IIS environments.

- Deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot virtual machines and application infrastructure.

- Manage and support business-critical web applications.

- Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts.

- Investigate and resolve L2 infrastructure and application incidents.

- Ensure security compliance through patch management, antivirus, and remediation activities.

- Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners to improve platform stability, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.

- Hands-on experience with: Windows Server
IIS
Active Directory

- Basic knowledge of Power Shell or other scripting tools.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience with M365 (Exchange, Teams, Provisioning)





- API troubleshooting using Insomnia/Bruno/Postman.

- Network/protocol analysis using Wireshark.

- Knownledge of CI/CD pipelines, docker.
