Core Responsibilities

- Works with business users via email or instant message to support approvals and corrections in the BP Tool.
- Manages Business Partner (BP) master data, including creating, reading, updating, and deleting records as needed.
- Maintains payment and bank details, including currency additions or deletions so contracts can be processed.
- Updates master codes, such as GL accounts, through the front end of the tool.

Troubleshooting and Change Management

- Uses CDR to investigate user errors and identify the source of issues.
- Performs root cause analysis before making changes.
- Opens SNOW tickets when a technical or configuration change is required.
- Tests changes in lower environments before applying the same updates in production.




- Follows the required approval workflow before releasing changes to production.

Volume, Coverage, and Backlog

- Handles approximately seven work items per day.
- Does not currently have a significant backlog for production items.
- Is the only person dedicated to this role, with support available from Satish and Sudha when needed.

Audit, Training, and Cutover Support

- Provides base-level change details to support the business's high-level audit reporting.
- Trains current team members on how SAP works and how to read relevant files.
- Supports the transport process by consolidating QA reviews and moving them forward to SAP ECC production.
- Supports cutover tasks and coordinates end-to-end cutover activities.
