Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years with significant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA).
Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts and frameworks.
Expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
Hands-on experience with access certification campaigns, SoD governance, role management, and entitlement management.
Experience configuring and integrating enterprise connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, REST API, and SCIM 2.0.
Solid knowledge of workflow configuration, approval processes, identity rules, correlation rules,



and access policies.
Experience in application onboarding and enterprise identity governance implementations.
Good understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
Knowledge of Power Shell scripting and automation.
Understanding of IT security, risk management, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading IGA implementation and administration projects.
Exposure to hybrid identity environments (cloud and on-premises).
Experience with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Experience working with enterprise-scale identity governance programs.
