We are looking for an Embedded GUI Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in developing HMI applications for Embedded Linux platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid C++, Qt and QML skills, with experience building user interfaces for embedded display systems such as automotive instrument clusters and terminal displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain embedded GUI/HMI applications using C++, Qt and QML.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for embedded display systems.
- Develop reusable software components using C++ and object-oriented programming principles.
- Integrate GUI applications with embedded hardware and Linux-based platforms.
- Implement Java Script functionality within QML-based applications.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve software issues on Embedded Linux platforms.
- Perform software integration, testing and deployment activities.
- Use Git for source code management, branching, merging and collaborative development.
- Analyze defects and work with cross-functional teams to improve application quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and technical discussions.
- Support automated builds and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure application performance, reliability and maintainability.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Embedded GUI/HMI development.
- Strong C++ programming and OOP/OOD concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Qt Framework, QML and Java Script.
- Embedded Linux application development.
- GUI development for embedded display systems.
- Git-based software development workflows.
- Debugging, integration and deployment on Embedded Linux.
- Software testing, defect analysis and troubleshooting.
