Job Overview

Chai Waale is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Content Creator & Photographer with strong skills in video shooting, photography, editing and AI-powered content creation.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, brand promotions, product videos, outlet stories, team activities, events and business-related activities.

Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for content creation, video editing, voiceovers and creative design is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos (15 60 seconds) for products, offers, outlets, festivals and brand promotions.

- Capture high-quality photographs of products, people, stores, teams and behind-the-scenes activities.

- Create vertical videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat and other social media platforms.

- Accompany the Managing Director on selected business visits, meetings and activities to capture video and photo content.

- Use AI tools for scripting, editing, voiceovers, subtitles, translations and creative content generation.

- Maintain an organised library of raw footage, photographs and final creative content.

- Create content for new outlet openings, events and special marketing campaigns.

- Travel across outlets and other locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Strong video shooting and editing skills using Mobile / DSLR / Mirrorless cameras.

- Good photography skills and visual storytelling ability.

- Hands-on experience with editing software such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.

- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Runway, Eleven Labs and other AI-based creative tools.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new AI tools quickly.

- Creative thinking and the ability to work independently.

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Willingness to travel across outlets and accompany the Managing Director when required.

- Reliable, punctual and disciplined.

- Portfolio / Showreel of previous videos and photographs is mandatory.

AI Tools Knowledge (Mandatory)

Candidates should have practical knowledge of the following tools or equivalent alternatives:

- ChatGPT Content ideas, scripts and captions.

- Cap Cut Video editing and effects.

- Canva Creative designs and thumbnails.

- Adobe Premiere Pro Professional video editing.

- DaVinci Resolve Video editing and colour grading.

- Eleven Labs AI voiceovers and narration.

- Runway AI video generation and visual effects.

- Adobe Lightroom Photo editing and enhancement.

Qualification

Visual Communication, Film, Photography, Multimedia or any related qualification is preferred. However, practical skills and a strong portfolio are more important than formal qualifications.

Job Type & Work Commitment

- Full-time position.

- Regular office hours with flexibility for outlet shoots, events and MD visits.

- Work from office, outlets and on-site locations as required.

- Must be available for special campaigns, outlet openings and events, including extended working hours when required.
