Job Overview

Chai Waale is looking for an organised, proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across multiple outlets.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operations, coordinating stock replenishment, handling operational issues, supporting new store openings, coordinating with delivery platforms and ensuring smooth functioning of outlets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations Monitoring

- Monitor daily operations across Chai Waale outlets.

- Conduct outlet visits and collect operational reports.

- Ensure smooth functioning of stores and adherence to brand standards.

2. Stock & Replenishment Coordination

- Track stock availability and inventory requirements.

- Follow up on stock deliveries and replenishment.

- Coordinate with warehouses, vendors and store teams.

3. Equipment, Maintenance & Technology

- Coordinate maintenance of RO systems, kitchen equipment and other store facilities.

- Coordinate POS and IT-related support.

- Follow up on technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

4. Swiggy & Zomato Coordination

- Handle operational issues related to Swiggy and Zomato platforms.

- Coordinate menu, pricing and listing updates.

- Ensure smooth functioning of online ordering platforms.

5. New Store Opening Assistance

- Coordinate operational readiness for new store openings.

- Assist with stock arrangements, systems, training and documentation.

- Support store launch activities and post-opening operations.

6. Licences & Compliance Coordination

- Coordinate FSSAI and other required licences.





- Track licence renewals and ensure compliance.

- Maintain necessary operational documentation.

7. Issue Resolution & Escalation

- Collect, analyse and troubleshoot non-sales-related store issues.

- Coordinate with concerned departments for issue resolution.

- Escalate operational problems and follow up until closure.

8. Reporting & Data Collection

- Collect pending reports from various outlets.

- Maintain operational trackers and spreadsheets.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the central team.

9. Inter-Department Coordination

- Coordinate between store teams and the central office.

- Follow up on pending operational activities.

- Ensure proper communication and timely closure of assigned tasks.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder (Minimum).

- Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets and reporting.

- Postgraduates are also welcome.

Experience & Industry Preference
- Freshers with the right aptitude and willingness to learn can apply.

- Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant or Food & Beverage operations is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in multi-outlet operations will have an added advantage.
