- Manage and monitor assigned Micro Finance collection portfolio.
- Ensure timely collection of EMI dues from customers and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
- Conduct field visits for overdue and delinquent accounts.
- Follow up with customers through personal visits, phone calls, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Reduce delinquency and maintain portfolio quality as per company norms.
- Identify early warning signals and recommend corrective actions.
- Negotiate repayment plans with delinquent customers.
- Maintain updated collection records and submit daily collection reports.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for critical collection cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection practices.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to improve retention and repayment behavior.
