Job Title: IT Project Manager – Healthcare
Location: Hyderabad, IN.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with mandatory healthcare domain experience to manage end-to-end IT projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience delivering IT projects within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery within budget.

- Conduct project status meetings and provide updates to leadership.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

- Manage healthcare IT initiatives involving claims processing, healthcare applications, payer/provider systems,



EHR/EMR, or healthcare integrations.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

- Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.

- Experience managing healthcare IT projects from initiation to completion.

- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance.

- Experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

- Solid stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and risk management skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with healthcare payers, providers, or healthcare technology organizations.

- Knowledge of healthcare claims, EDI transactions, EHR/EMR, or healthcare integrations.

- PMP certification preferred.
