Position: Digital Growth & SEO Manager

Location: Remote (PH/ LatAm / India)

Work Schedule: 9am–5pm EST- Eastern Time overlap required

About the Company

We are an established residential roofing, electrical, and home battery backup services company based in Florida. We are seeking an analytical, self-motivated Digital Growth & SEO Manager to own our online presence and build a consistent pipeline of qualified inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an SEO strategy targeting residential roofing, battery backup, and electrical inquiries.

- Audit and improve technical SEO, page speed, mobile usability, structured data, and local-intent keyword strategy.

- Manage Google Business Profiles, citations, and local Maps rankings to drive qualified customer calls.

- Optimize brand discoverability across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews).

- Manage Google Search Ads and track campaign budgets, ROI, and cost per qualified lead.

- Improve site navigation, landing pages,



and conversion rates directly in WordPress or contemporary CMS platforms.

- Utilize GoHighLevel or comparable CRM platforms for lead tracking, attribution, and follow-up automation.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO and digital lead generation experience with U.S. businesses.

- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, and major SEO platforms (Ahrefs/SEMrush).

- Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profiles, website CRO, and marketing automation (GoHighLevel, WordPress).

- Understanding of AI search engine optimization (AEO/GEO) and AI-assisted marketing workflows.

- Home-services contractor experience and basic Spanish proficiency are a plus.
