We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated PHP / Laravel Developer who can independently manage multiple web development projects from development to deployment.

This is an individual contributor role. We do not have a dedicated development team, so the candidate must be confident in handling projects independently, solving technical issues, and taking complete ownership of assigned work.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Ability to customize existing themes, plugins, and WooCommerce functionality.
- Must have experience working on ERP and CRM projects.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of React.js.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience deploying and maintaining live projects on hosting servers.
- Knowledge of Git, debugging, performance optimization, and application security.

Good to Have:

- AWS Cloud experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SES).




- Experience deploying Laravel and WordPress applications on AWS.
- Experience with server configuration, CI/CD, and deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently develop and maintain Laravel, WordPress, WooCommerce, ERP, and CRM applications.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Laravel modules.
- Manage database design, API development, and integrations.
- Deploy applications to production servers and resolve live issues.
- Take complete ownership of development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Communicate project progress and deliver work within deadlines.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for a hands-on developer, not just a team coordinator.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

ERP/CRM development experience is mandatory.
