? We’re hiring a UGC Engineer at Miles (Full time)

Miles is an AI running coach app that adapts your training to how your body actually feels. It can even roast you when you skip a run.

We’re looking for a creator who knows why videos go viral, not just that they do. If you’ve grown your own audience on Instagram or TikTok, you already know the mechanics. Now we want you to use them to grow a product.

? What you’ll do

→ Doom scroll with purpose. Track what’s breaking out in running, fitness and consumer apps every day

→ Break down why videos work: the hook, the first 2 seconds, pacing, retention and the payoff

→ Find the repeatable viral format for Miles, then scale it

→ Create and post content every day across multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts

→ Build videos with AI tools (Higgsfield, Seedance and others), editing apps and Miles screen recordings

→ Run fast experiments: test hooks, formats and angles, then double down on what works

→ Track views, saves, shares and downloads and turn them into a playbook the team can reuse

✅ You’re a fit if you

→ Are a content creator with a real following (10K+ on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts)

→ Have taken at least one video past 1M views on your own account.

→ Can explain why a video went viral, not just that it did

→ Edit fast in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or whatever you prefer

→ Are curious about AI video tools, or already use them

→ Can post consistently, every single day

→ Bonus points if you run or create fitness content

? What you’ll get

→ ₹40,000/month fixed salary

→ Performance bonus for every video that blows up (no cap)

→ Hands-on experience with AI video generation, one of the most in-demand creative skills right now

→ Work directly with the founders, with fast feedback and no corporate layers

→ Room to shape the content engine of a fast-growing consumer app from day one

? Location: Bangalore preferred, open to solid candidates elsewhere in India

? How to apply

DM me with

1. Links to your account(s) and your best-performing video
2. 3 viral videos from small accounts, with one line each on why it worked
3. One video idea for Miles that you think could hit 1M views

Rolling applications, so the sooner the better.
