About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role will focus on creating user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs for websites and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Figma, user-centered design principles, and modern UI/UX design practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and improve design experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent visual design standards.
- Create responsive designs that ensure seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Work on information architecture, user journeys, and interaction design to improve usability and accessibility.
- Design visually appealing layouts, dashboards, landing pages, and application interfaces.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, spacing, and overall visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Review existing websites and applications to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs and enhance the overall user experience.




- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or related roles.
- Robust proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, and visual design fundamentals.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and UI style guides.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Experience in designing websites, dashboards, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Experience with Webflow or similar website design platforms is preferred.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, wireframes, prototypes, and completed designs is required.
