Unbox Travel Studios designs private journeys for people who would rather not plan their own. Honeymoons, family escapes, milestone trips. One designer, from the first call to the secure return.

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to be that designer for our clients.

What you will do

- Take a client from first conversation to a finished itinerary: flights, transfers, stays, experiences and visas
- Build trips around the person, not the product, and explain your choices in plain words
- Work with our on-ground partners and suppliers to confirm what you promise
- Stay with the trip until the client is home, and fix what goes wrong while they are away
- Help us get better at this: what to ask, what to skip, what clients come back for

What we are looking for

- 4+ years designing leisure travel, ideally luxury, honeymoons or long-haul
- Strong knowledge of Europe, the Indian Ocean and Southeast Asia, plus visa processes for Indian passports (Schengen in particular)
- Clear, warm writing and calm handling of money and detail
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, itinerary tools and supplier portals
- A habit of checking facts before saying them.

To apply: send your CV and one trip you designed that you are proud of, with a few lines on why
