About the Role

We are looking for a Trucking Dispatcher to support US trucking operations. You will plan and coordinate loads, keep drivers moving safely and on time, and act as the main point of contact between drivers, customers and our internal teams. This is a work-from-home role in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, assign and dispatch loads to drivers, matching loads to driver availability, equipment.
- Monitor active trips in real time and keep drivers on schedule from pickup to delivery.
- Track HOS, ELD logs and driver availability, and plan drivers
- Communicate with drivers by phone, text and email on routing, delays, breakdowns, detention and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with shippers, receivers and load boards or platforms (such as Amazon Relay) on appointments, check-ins, late arrivals and load changes.
- Handle incidents and exceptions, including breakdowns, accidents, weather and traffic delays, missed appointments and tractor swaps, and escalate when required.
- Support drivers.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with the safety and compliance team on violations, roadside inspections and corrective actions.
- Maintain trip and documentation, and prepare daily and weekly reports in Excel.




- Track on-time performance and other operational metrics, and help drive improvement.
- Participate in daily operations handoffs and escalate recurring issues to management.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 5 years of experience in trucking dispatch, fleet operations, transportation coordination or a related role in US Market
- Working knowledge of US trucking operations, HOS, Trucking management systems and ELD.
- Hands-on experience with fleet and dispatch tools such as Amazon Relay or similar TMS and telematics platforms.
- Strong phone, email and chat communication skills, with a calm approach to escalations and driver issues.
- Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formatting) and Outlook for reporting and tracking.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and make quick decisions under time pressure.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Reliable internet, computer and a quiet workspace at home.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Drivewyze, EFS, CAT Scale and Weigh My Truck.
- Background in safety and compliance, roadside inspection review or accident and incident support.
- Experience in customer support or escalation handling.
- Experience coordinating or guiding a small team.

Work Requirements

- Able to work the assigned shift, including nights and weekends if required.
- Comfortable working in a monitored remote environment (login hours and activity tracking).
