Role Description The Trainee – Graphic Designer role at Enthral is on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, the trainee will assist in creating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and product-related graphics. Day-to-day tasks include supporting senior designers with concept development, preparing design drafts, refining layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.





The trainee will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate requirements into transparent, engaging visual designs. The role also involves learning and applying design best practices, managing feedback, and iterating on designs to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing layouts and assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and maintenance of cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of type hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic balance.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback are expected.
- A portfolio showcasing design work, internships, or academic projects is preferred.
- Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks within deadlines is important.
