Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team full-time at our West Delhi office.

The role will primarily focus on international flight enquiries and sales. You will communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email, understand their travel requirements, research suitable flight options and fares, follow up on enquiries and help convert them into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Understand travel requirements and recommend suitable international flight options
- Search and compare flights, fares, routes and schedules using Amadeus




- Follow up on enquiries and work towards converting them into sales
- Provide skilled customer service and support before and after booking
- Maintain accurate customer communication and records

Qualifications

- Previous experience in international flight sales or travel consulting is preferred
- Experience with Amadeus GDS is preferred
- Freshers with an Amadeus certification and strong English communication skills may also be considered
- Good knowledge of international flights, airlines and routes is an advantage
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident communicating with customers by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Customer-focused, sales-oriented and willing to learn
- Experience serving international travel markets will be an advantage
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in West Delhi
