Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training Manager role based in Karnataka, India.

The Training

Manager will design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for sales, showroom, and technical teams, ensuring product knowledge, customer service, and operational standards are consistently maintained. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-person training sessions, coordinating with regional and corporate stakeholders to identify learning needs, and developing structured training materials and assessment tools.



The role involves tracking training outcomes, preparing reports and dashboards, and recommending enhancements to content and delivery methods.

The Training

Manager will also support onboarding initiatives, contribute to leadership development efforts, and ensure alignment of training programs with Hafele India’s business objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation, including classroom facilitation and workshop management.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and creating engaging training content and materials.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer service practices, and retail or showroom operations, preferably in home interiors or hardware fittings.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and learning technologies (e.g., MS PowerPoint, LMS platforms, online training tools).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills to measure training effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, manage multiple training initiatives, and travel within the region as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or certification in L&D; or Training Management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a training or learning and development role, ideally within retail, consumer goods, building materials
