Technical Intern — Full Stack Developer (AI Product)

We’re building PracticeOnline — an AI-powered mock interview platform helping students and freshers crack real interviews. We’re looking for a high-intelligence technical intern who can ship fast, own features end-to-end, and make real architectural decisions — not just follow tickets.
What you’ll do:
- Build and ship new features independently
- Improve platform reliability (speech/transcription pipeline, session handling)
- Refactor and optimize existing code for scale
- Work directly with the founder — high autonomy, high ownership
What we’re looking for:
- Strong fundamentals, quick learner, comfortable making product + technical calls
- Someone who treats bugs and gaps as opportunities to improve the product, not just tickets to close
- Bias toward shipping over perfect planning
