Shore Group Associates is hiring a Team Lead in Hyderabad to run a team of 10–15 analysts working on invoice reconciliation and data research for a global travel and hospitality client.

What you'll do:

- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 data analysts focused on the data research process
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline invoice reconciliation
- Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify and investigate data discrepancies
- Build and run quality control procedures for invoice reconciliation and other data research work
- Analyze data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on key activities and findings
- Train and mentor team members on data analysis and reconciliation procedures
- Oversee team performance against deadlines and quality standards

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8+ years in data research and analysis,



including at least 2 years of team or people management
- Strong grasp of secondary research and internet research techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with close attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and data tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to resolve data issues
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Shift and location: night shift (US Eastern hours), in office in Hyderabad for the first 3–4 months, then hybrid.

Selection process: Technical and Operations interviews, followed by an advanced-level Excel test.
