Compensation: ₹3.25 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Quarterly Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to join our Pune team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition- ranging from bulk hiring for operational teams to targeted search for junior, mid level and senior executive roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Bulk & Operational Hiring: Source, screen, and select high-volume talent for both Voice and Non-Voice processes.
- Executive & Senior TA: Manage headhunting and candidate mapping for leadership roles, including Managers, Senior Managers, VPs, and SVPs.
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Handle sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and pre-joining candidate engagement.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, employee referrals, local Pune networks, and walk-in drives to maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management:



Coordinate directly with business heads and hiring managers to map job requirements and deliver hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven hands-on recruiting experience in bulk hiring (Voice & Non-Voice Operations) as well as executive hiring (Manager to SVP levels).
- Skills: Expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, salary negotiation, and interview coordination.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Setup: Must be based in Pune and comfortable working 5 days a week from our office (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST).
- Availability: Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be strongly preferred.
