Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Idukki.

The Team

Lead will oversee day-to-day operations for a local team, including planning workloads, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure service and productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring team members, resolving operational issues, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The role also involves reporting key metrics, identifying process improvements, and supporting implementation of new initiatives and tools.

- Demonstrated people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Strong operational and organizational abilities, with experience handling daily workflows, scheduling, and process adherence.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and cross-functional partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and using metrics to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with digital payments, financial services, or technology-driven operations is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, communication platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field; relevant experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Idukki, maintain high ethical standards.
