Role Overview:

As a TA Manager in Pune, you'll help deliver effective talent acquisition for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines, and translate them into practical recruitment plans.
- Manage talent acquisition activities from job intake and candidate sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using relevant sourcing approaches and talent acquisition tools.
- Keep candidates and hiring stakeholders informed throughout the process, creating a respectful and timely experience.
- Monitor recruitment progress, maintain accurate candidate records, and share updates that help teams make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring workflows and contribute to consistent, inclusive recruitment practices.

- Hiring teams receive responsive support and clear communication throughout recruitment.




- Qualified candidates move through the hiring process efficiently, with a positive and qualified experience.
- Recruitment pipelines, candidate information, and process updates are maintained accurately.
- Talent acquisition activity supports hiring priorities and contributes to fair, consistent selection decisions.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

- Of the total experience atleast 7+ years of managerial experience, with relevant experience in talent acquisition considered an advantage.
- Ability to manage or support end-to-end recruitment activities, appropriate to experience level.
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail across multiple recruitment activities.
- A commitment to treating candidates fairly and supporting inclusive hiring practices.
