About the Role

We're looking for someone who can help us build a high-performing team as we scale HOS aggressively.

This isn't just a recruitment role. We need someone who can own end-to-end hiring, identify exceptional talent, and build repeatable hiring systems and internal processes that help us grow faster and operate more efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, assignments, offers, and onboarding.
- Creative & Operational Hiring: Hire copywriters, creative strategists, video editors, project managers, and other agency-specific roles.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and other channels.
- Hiring Systems & Processes: Build structured recruitment workflows, candidate trackers, evaluation frameworks, and repeatable hiring processes.
- People & Operations: Help establish internal SOPs, onboarding processes, documentation,



and basic people operations to support our growth.
- Hiring Ownership: Work directly with the founders to understand talent requirements and independently drive hiring priorities.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment, preferably within a creative, marketing, or digital agency.
- Proven experience hiring for creative and operational roles, not just generic corporate positions.
- Robust understanding of sourcing, screening, assessing, and closing high-quality candidates.
- Experience building or improving hiring workflows, systems, and internal processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Someone who's proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking complete ownership.
