Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps operations, cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes in a quick-paced fintech environment. The candidate should have strong expertise in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage DevOps engineering activities and infrastructure operations.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and security of systems.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement DevSecOps practices and security best practices.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.

Required Experience

- 7–12 years of overall experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proven experience leading DevOps teams or projects.
- Strong experience managing production-grade cloud environments.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS is an advantage.
