Summary

UST is looking for an experienced PLM Developer for a full-time role based in Surat, India (work from office), with expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms. You will develop solutions that support product data management, engineering change processes, BOM management, workflows, and enterprise system integration.

The Opportunity

- Develop and customize PLM applications, workflows, forms, and data models.
- Configure and extend PLM functionalities based on business requirements.
- Implement integrations between PLM and CAD, ERP, MES, and CRM systems.
- Develop APIs, services, and automation scripts.
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO), BOM, and Document Management processes.
- Perform data migration, upgrades, and PLM system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot performance and functional issues.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and IT teams throughout project delivery.

What You Need

- 4–10+ years of experience in PLM development.

Required Skills

- Experience in one or more PLM platforms: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, Aras Innovator, or Oracle Agile PLM.
- Solid programming skills in Java / C# / C++, JavaScript, and SQL / database development.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Workflow customization.
- BOM management.
- Change management processes.
- CAD integration (NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks).

Desired Skills

- PLM-ERP integration (SAP, Oracle ERP).
- CAD data migration.




- Teamcenter ITK, RAC, SOA, and Active Workspace.
- Windchill customization and JSP development.
- Cloud PLM and Digital Thread concepts.
- DevOps and CI/CD exposure.

Qualification

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Computer Science, IT, Production, or a related field.
