- ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

- The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition is to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships and ensure the right talent is available when needed.
- Plan & execute recruitment activities against the Headcount budget & attritions for various departments.

- Recruitment budget: As assigned by supervisor
- Over 40 onboarding of on-roll employees for Head Office
- Over 5 vendors
- KEY DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business

- Responsible for talent acquisition for the assigned business unit/ departments.
- Plan & execute recruitment activities against the Headcount budget & attritions for various departments across region.
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
- Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Validate, interview and identify ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
- Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct applications, job portals, Employee reference, industry leads & sources, contacts, social media, etc.
- Maintain proper source mix & promote low cost sourcing channels




- Maintain good candidate onboarding experience
- Meeting TAT compliance for all the designated activities
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
- Effective utilization of HRMS

Customer

- Coordinating with Hiring managers of various departments for recruitment needs & maintain healthy association
- Partner with HR Operations team for seamless onboarding
- Coordinate with Talent management for Internal movements
- Coordinate with L&D; team for new joiner induction needs

Internal process

- Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with appropriate department heads.
- Prepare, analyze and report on recruitment status data to various department & central Talent Acquisition team
- Adhere to internal policy and processes.

Learning & Performance

- Ensure that self and team are up to date on Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and all relevant circulars on HR policies
- Adhere to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and team.
- Complete the goal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specified timelines.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE &

Educational

Qualifications

- MBA / PG from a reputed Institute.
- Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience

- 4-6 Years experience in Talent Acquisition

Certifications
- If required

Functional Skills
- Good sourcing skills.
- Transparent and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft excel.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups

Behavioral Skills
- Polite and soft Spoken.
- Should be able to gel with people.
- Should possess high research skills.
