Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Greater Noida west. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, managing content calendars, and ensuring brand consistency in all posts. The specialist will create and publish engaging social media content, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on analytics and audience insights.

Daily tasks include coordinating with design and content teams, responding to community interactions,



staying updated on platform trends, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in campaign planning and optimization.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing platform-specific content and managing content calendars.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic understanding of SEO, and knowledge of paid advertising on major platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; prior agency or brand-side experience is an advantage.
