Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Trichur, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role coordinates site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitors material usage, and ensures that steel structure, roofing, and related infrastructure works progress efficiently.

Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, maintains project documentation, prepares basic progress reports, and supports the project manager in resolving operational issues.



The role involves enforcing health, safety, and quality standards, addressing on-site challenges promptly, and communicating effectively with the project management team and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, steel structures, and basic civil engineering principles.
- Experience supervising construction sites, coordinating teams, and managing day-to-day site operations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements in construction.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with site workers, contractors, and project managers.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones or computers for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Previous experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Trichur and adapt to changing project needs.
