Role Description The SEO Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The SEO Trainer will design and deliver structured SEO training sessions, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, and analytics interpretation. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classes and workshops, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and guidance.

The trainer will also stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, revise course content accordingly, and collaborate with other trainers to ensure cohesive digital marketing curricula. Additional responsibilities may include supporting learners with portfolio projects,



participating in webinars or guest sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methods and materials.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and technical SEO.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research platforms, and site auditing tools.
- Ability to design clear training modules, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored for beginners and intermediate learners.
- Effective teaching, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, structured ways.
- Solid understanding of broader digital marketing concepts, including content marketing, social media, and basic paid advertising principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse learner groups.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in SEO or digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes, and incorporating them into course content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academy setting and contribute to curriculum development and overall learner success.
