We are currently hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers – AI Data (India) to work on projects supporting leading frontier AI labs through Handshake AI.

About the RoleWe are looking for experienced and self-motivated Senior Software Engineers to contribute to advanced AI coding projects through Handshake AI. The ideal candidate should have robust software engineering fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience working with large-scale applications and complex codebases.

You will work on real-world software engineering challenges, evaluate AI-generated code, identify technical issues, and help improve the performance and reliability of advanced AI coding agents.

Responsibilities

- Write, review, and evaluate clean, efficient, high-quality, and maintainable code.
- Work with AI coding agents on real-world software engineering tasks.
- Identify bugs, performance issues, and weaknesses in AI-generated solutions.
- Review code changes and provide detailed technical feedback.
- Work with databases, APIs, application frameworks, and software interfaces.
- Test and validate software solutions against project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and project leads.




- Follow software development best practices and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills and understanding of object-oriented design.
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Must be authorized to work in India.
- Ability to commit 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Up to $60/hour.
- Weekly earnings: Up to $2,400 for 40 hours.
