Role Overview

We are looking for driven Senior College Admission Counsellor to own student admissions for our UG Degree programs in their assigned region. The role is ideal for someone who has spent the last few years in UG admissions (B. Com/ BBA).

Key Responsibilities Admissions & revenue

- Own and deliver monthly and annual admission targets for UG Degree programs
- Represent Imarticus at education fairs, admission expos and university events.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in UG admissions for a college, university or education company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admission targets.




- Excellent communication and counselling skills in English and the regional language.
- Experience selling commerce / management UG programs or professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CFA).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management.
- Lead-to-admission conversion ratio
