Role Description The Senior Merchandiser at My Almari is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning and executing merchandise strategies, including assortment planning, pricing, and inventory management for pre-loved luxury products. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and customer data, identifying trends, selecting and curating products, and ensuring optimal stock levels across categories.

Merchandiser will work closely with retail, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a cohesive product offering that supports revenue growth and enhances the customer experience.



The role also involves maintaining strong vendor relationships, overseeing visual presentation standards, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaboration, stakeholder management, and clear customer and vendor interactions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to ensure a high-quality in-store experience, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive conversions, optimize assortments based on performance, and support revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product launches, promotional activities, and trend-based merchandising decisions.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for sales analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning.
- Experience in fashion or luxury retail merchandising, preferably in pre-loved or resale categories.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai and manage fast-paced, dynamic retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
