About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI (Mid-Senior level) with 5–8 years of product experience to lead the strategy and delivery of our AI-powered product portfolio.

You will set product direction, work with engineering, design, and leadership, and own outcomes across LLM applications, AI agents, Voice AI, and AI automation.

Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-powered products.
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the product and decide where AI creates real customer value.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features involving LLMs, agents, voice, and multimodal AI.
- Set up evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks for AI features covering accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Make build vs. buy and model selection decisions with engineering, balancing performance and unit economics.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market for AI features.
- Work with sales, customer success, and key customers to gather insight and drive adoption.
- Define North Star and funnel metrics, run experiments, and drive data-informed prioritization.

Required Skills





- 5–8 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and scaling products.
- Proven ability to build product strategy and roadmaps and deliver measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents, and the trade-offs involved in shipping them.
- Experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using data to guide decisions.
- Robust written and verbal communication, including executive-level stakeholder management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

Good to Have

- Experience launching AI-native or ML-powered products in production.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and cost optimization.
- Background in HR tech, recruiting, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, or workflow automation products.
- Experience mentoring or managing product managers.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus. Proven product track record matters more.
