We are looking for Java resource based out of Hyderabad with strong Java background and leadership skills. Product development background is mandatory. He/She would be leading a team of 5-6 junior members and responsible for timely delivery. Positive team management/soft skills are important.

Responsibilities

- He/She would be leading a team of 5-6 junior members and responsible for timely delivery.
- Good team management/soft skills are important.
- Take ownership of the team's deliverables and ensure timely completion of development activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Participate in application architecture, solution design, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide hands-on technical support and resolve complex development challenges.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
- Support application deployment and cloud-based solutions using AWS.
- Track development progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take appropriate actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and promote technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8 to 14 years
- Btech/MTech/MCA

Required Skills

8–14 years of overall software-development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.

Strong experience with Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience in developing Microservices-based applications.

Good working experience with AWS.

Proven experience working in a product development environment is mandatory.

Previous experience leading or mentoring a development team.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, application design, and software-development best practices.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
