About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional with solid experience in the Travel, Travel Ancillary or Travel Technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving business development, acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets across B2B and/or D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the sales strategy for travel and travel-tech products.
- Build and manage relationships across B2B and D2C channels, including travel agency partnerships.
- Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Drive individual sales targets and consistently achieve revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to ensure effective sales execution.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health and market trends.




- Represent the organisation at industry events, client meetings and travel trade forums.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Travel Sales, Travel Ancillary or Travel Technology.
- Strong understanding of the travel business and travel-tech ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B and/or D2C sales environments.
- Travel agency partnership experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales targets and business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Location & Work ArrangementsDelhi-based candidates: Please note that we currently do not have an office in Delhi. The position will initially be Work from Home (WFH), with the possibility of transitioning to a Work-from-Office arrangement in the future, subject to business requirements. Candidates based in or willing to work from Delhi/Gurgaon are preferred.
