Role Description The Senior J2EE Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Jakarta EE and related technologies. This role includes building and integrating microservices, developing secure and scalable web services, and ensuring high-quality software through coding best practices, testing, and documentation. The Senior J2EE Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and participate in code reviews and performance optimization.

The role also involves troubleshooting complex issues in production and staging environments, mentoring junior developers,



and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and architecture standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Jakarta EE and J2EE frameworks for building enterprise applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Programming skills in Java and related technologies, with a focus on object-oriented design and clean coding practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in Microservices architecture, including design, deployment, and integration of distributed services.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Software Development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing and consuming Web Services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs, with attention to security and performance.
