Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The person in this role will conceptualize and design visual assets for branding campaigns, advertising materials, logos, and marketing collateral across print, digital, outdoor, and other media. Daily responsibilities include developing creative concepts, producing high-quality designs, refining typography and layout, and collaborating with account managers, copywriters, and other designers to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Designer will also oversee design consistency across client projects, provide guidance to junior designers, and ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse commercial work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and executing visual identity systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for both print and digital media.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Proven experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment, preferably in advertising or branding.
- Ability to translate client requirements into explicit visual concepts and deliverables.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
