We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Finance Associate – Finance Payables (Hotel Operations).

? Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

? Industry: Hospitality

? Department: Finance

? Key Responsibilities

▪️ Verify, process, and record supplier invoices in the ERP system.

▪️ Manage vendor payments, payment batches, and cheque registers.

▪️ Perform vendor statement reconciliation and bank reconciliation.

▪️ Process employee reimbursements and payroll-related transactions as assigned.

▪️ Monitor prepaid expenses and prepare financial reports.

▪️ Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for pending invoices and documentation.

▪️ Support monthly kitchen stock closing and month-end accounting activities.

▪️ Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.

? Qualifications & Experience

▪️ Essential:



B.Com

▪️ Preferred: M.Com / MFA / MBA in Finance

▪️ Experience: 1–3 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the hospitality industry.

▪️ Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

▪️ Solid analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

▪️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
