We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting to deliver consulting support for non-financial regulatory reporting programs at a leading global investment bank. You will partner with Operations and Engineering to diagnose reporting problems, document requirements and solution designs, and manage delivery across regimes such as EMIR while keeping senior stakeholders aligned—apply today.

Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain project governance aligned to existing frameworks, including organizing working groups and management forums when required
- Analyze reporting issues through full root cause analysis and recommend tactical or strategic remediation solutions
- Write and formalize agreed solutions as business requirements for client sign-off, including any back-reporting needs for impacted trade populations
- Coordinate the handover of requirements to technology and operations teams to enable resolution
- Develop Solution Design documentation in agreement with Operations and Engineering teams delivering the changes
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing ahead of production releases
- Confirm delivered solutions meet business requirements and that issues are fully resolved and closed




- Report weekly progress metrics to the governance function for ongoing tracking
- Escalate and communicate progress, RAIDs, and issues through OpCo and SteerCo management forums
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships across business, operations, and engineering functions

Requirements

- Significant background in Business Analysis and requirements elicitation, including BRDs and FRDs, with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Solid expertise in Regulatory Reporting across global regulatory regimes
- Knowledge of at least one of the following regulatory regimes: CFTC, SEC, or MiFID/MiFIR
- Hands-on familiarity with EMEA and APAC reporting regimes such as SFTR, EMIR, or MMSR
- Good understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks including MAS, ASIC, HKMA, or JFSA
- Sound proficiency in OTC and ETD product knowledge
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, and operations functions
- Demonstrated capability to lead root cause analysis and translate outcomes into implementable solution designs
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
