You will own the architectural and interior packages we deliver on live Saudi projects, from the Revit model to approved drawings and shop drawings. You work hands-on and set the standard for a growing modelling team.

Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm. We deliver BIM models, coordination and construction documentation for contractors and developers in Saudi Arabia, across hospitality, airports and giga projects, from our team in Hyderabad, India.

What you will own

- Architectural packages that pass review: Revit models and drawing sets from design development to IFC, at the LOD each package needs.
- Interior and fit-out packages built from the model: partitions, ceilings, doors, joinery and finishes, from IFC drawings to LOD 400 shop drawings, then LOD 500 as-built from site data.
- Submissions that close: client and consultant comments logged, answered and closed in as few cycles as possible.
- Clean issues: every sheet checked before it goes (dimensions, tags, schedules, revisions, naming) against the project's EIR, BEP and standards.
- A Revit library the team reuses: parametric families (doors, joinery, furniture) and project templates.
- Architecture that fits: your model coordinated with structure and MEP in Navisworks, clashes fixed at source.
- Modellers who get better: you review their work and help them fix issues at source.
- Early warning: a design issue or a request beyond the agreed LOD is flagged the same day, with a proposed fix.

Design responsibility in Saudi Arabia stays with the designer of record. You own the quality of the information we deliver.

Must-have





- 8+ years in architectural or interior design delivery, most of it hands-on in Revit. CAD-only drafting does not count.
- GCC project experience: architectural or interior Revit models and drawings for projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar or similar, in the region or from an India office for a GCC client. Name the projects and your role in your CV.
- A degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong Revit: parametric families, templates, worksharing and drawing production from the model.
- IFC drawings, details and shop drawings that were built from.
- You have taken submissions through client or consultant review to approval.
- Explicit spoken and written English.

Strongly preferred

- Interior and fit-out delivery at LOD 400: hospitality, residential or commercial interiors, joinery and millwork, door and ironmongery schedules.

Nice to have

- Hospitality, airport or giga-project work.
- LOD 500 or as-built drawings from site data; fire-rated doors.
- You have reviewed or led the work of other modellers.
- ISO 19650, ACC/BIM 360 or another CDE, Dynamo.
- Saudi Building Code (SBC 201, SBC 801).

The setup

- Full-time, on-site at our office in Hyderabad, India. You are based in India today; relocating to Hyderabad is fine.
- Our clients in Saudi Arabia work Sunday to Thursday; you'll align your hours with theirs, and working days are agreed at offer. Riyadh is IST minus 2:30.
- A competitive package, and your scope in writing.
