Role Description The Senior Assistant Vice President at HPIPL is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives in parking infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring across key business functions. Day-to-day activities include leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

The role also involves mentoring team members, refining processes, and representing the organization in high-level stakeholder meetings and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or management roles, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, mobility, or related sectors.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management skills to drive growth and long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in project management, operations oversight, and performance tracking for complex, multi-site installations.
- Knowledge of smart infrastructure, automation technologies, or parking systems, with an understanding of sustainability and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both onsite in Noida and remotely.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, management, urban planning, or a related field.
- Experience with ISO standards, compliance, or quality assurance processes is an advantage.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, foster an inclusive work culture, and drive continuous improvement.
